Presented by:

  • Emmery Ledin - Engagement Program Coordinator of University Sustainability Practices for Arizona State University
  • Dane Englert - Market Manager of Arizona for the US Green Building Council

What does the US Green Building Council do? What does it mean to be LEED accredited? Is it different from LEED certified? And, how can I study for the LEED accreditation exam for free? All of these questions and more will be answered in this info session! Dane Englert from the US Green Building Council will discuss how LEED can increase your knowledge of sustainability, green infrastructure and also make you a competitive applicant in your field. Finally, you’ll discover how to access over 600 hours of free education and study materials available for ASU students, faculty and staff through ASU’s Gold membership, and make an online USGBC profile.
