Ground Operations: Battlefields to Farmfields

Ground Operations is an award-winning documentary film and social action campaign that champions the growing network of combat veterans who are transitioning into careers as sustainable farmers, ranchers and artisan food producers. Please join us for the opportunity to talk with the filmmaker, Dulanie Ellis, and join in a robust conversation about the opportunities for veterans to find their next mission of service while strengthening local food security.

Light refreshments provided by Helpings Cafe.

Price: $10 - The proceeds of ticket sales will support both local and national (Ground Operations) programs. Free for veterans and active military.

Free limited parking at the Irish Cultural Center. Additional free parking is available on West Culver Street along the park. The Irish Cultural Center is conveniently located along the light rail. Find additional instructions and maps for parking here.
