Tracking socioeconomic impacts from natural hazards informs progress toward the Sustainable Development Goal #11 (Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable).

This panel event will showcase the use and utility of ASU's Spatial Hazard Events and Losses Database and the National Weather Service’s approach for documenting impacts from natural hazards and their utility for better decision-making in urban planning, community resilience, and disaster recovery.

A light breakfast will be served.
