Summary: In collaboration with researchers in academia, NGOs, and the federal government, we are engaged in transdisciplinary research to develop solutions to food system problems, particularly the sustainability and safety of production of animal protein and plant-based meat alternatives. Our work focuses on agriculture and aquaculture and considers environmental and human health impacts of the food system.
