Biography

Clara is a researcher at IRD (French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development) -  UMR SENS - Montpellier, France. She's a social geographer interested in collaborative environmental governance under a global change regime. Mobilizing theoretical tools from social-ecological resilience thinking and institutional analysis, and methods rooted in social sciences and participative approaches, she is working on a diversity of social-ecological issues such as biodiversity conservation within protected areas, adaptation to global change, agroforestry systems and locust management.
