Free Film Screening: Death by Design
The film Death by Design unveils the secrets of our digital addiction through an investigation of the underbelly of the electronics industry, revealing how even the smallest devices have harmful environmental and health costs. From secretive factories in China, to a ravaged New York community to the high tech corridors of Silicon Valley, the film tells a story of environmental degradation, health tragedies, and the fast approaching tipping point between consumerism and sustainability.
