Biography

Xiang (Michael) Gao is a postdoctoral research scholar in ASU LightWorks®. He acquired his PhD from Australian National University in 2019 with his research focused on metal oxides for solar thermochemical H2O/CO2 splitting. His current projects continue the research on renewable fuel production via solar thermochemical processes, with particular interests in synthesis of novel energy materials and design of thermochemical reactors.
