Julia Colbert is a Master of Arts student in the School of Sustainability. Her main focus is K-12 sustainability and environmental education. Prior to pursuing a master’s degree, Julia received a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability, Bachelor of Arts in Geography, and Certificate in Environmental Education from Arizona State University. Her undergraduate honors thesis was focused on a tool she created for educators to evaluate the current state of sustainability at their schools. During her time as an undergraduate at ASU, Julia interned with the Sustainability Teachers’ Academy and was a Research Aide for the Decision Center for a Desert City. She is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina.
