Biography

Robin Martino is the Deputy Chief of Party for the Biodiversity Results and Integrated Development Gains Enhanced (BRIDGE) Project. For the past 20 years, she has been involved in various community-based conservation initiatives linked to international development assistance. These initiatives attempt to integrate conservation with local livelihoods and have yielded mixed results. She is interested in understanding which community based interventions and models provide long lasting opportunities for local communities to promote conservation and address rural poverty.
