Apache Junction, Arizona has a populaton of around 30,000 year-round residents and is located on the eastern edge of the Phoenix metropolitan area. During the winter the resident population more than doubles, creating unique challenges and opportunities for a municipality blessed with natural assets.
Project Cities is working with Apache Junction to address some of the issues related to the city’s specific circumstances.
