Biography

Ricardo Flores is Assistant Professor of International Business at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria, Canada. His research program focuses on how individuals and organizations cope with significant environmental changes (e.g., when firms cross national borders and confront new technologies, regulations, and stakeholders pressures). He has taught in multiple countries (Argentina, USA, Australia, India, Canada), fields of study (strategy, international business, business ethics), and program levels (undergraduate, MBA, Executive MBA, and Ph.D.). Before becoming a full-time academic, Ricardo worked in the oil and gas industry (upstream).
