Biography
Vera Ferrón Vilchez is an associate professor of management at the University of Granada, Spain. She is part of the Innovation, Sustainability, and Management research group. Her research considers whether it is profitable for firms to be environmentally responsible. Areas in which she has applied her research include the adoption of environmental management systems, environmental certifications, eco-innovation, etc. She has also considered issues such as greenwashing, corporate environmental reputation, and legitimacy. Her work is published in journals that include Journal of Cleaner Production, Business Strategy and the Environment, and Journal of Environmental Management.
