Biography

Ashley Quay joined the Rob and Melani Walton Sustainability Solutions Initiatives team in July of 2017 as graphic designer. Ashley establishes the visual standard of all Walton Initiatives projects, including promotional posters for the Global Sustainability Studies programs, a 12-page activity book distributed to schools statewide, all graphic design elements across the month-long Sustainability Solutions Festival, promotional brochures and annual reports for RISN, the 2018 impact report booklet and more. Ashley also reinvented the @asu_sustival Instagram account, growing new followers by 40 percent over three months and doubling engagements.

Prior to the joining the Walton Initiatives, Ashley worked as a graphic designer for U-Haul International. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Geography, with an emphasis in water, environment and society and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. When not in the office, Ashley can be found hiking local trails or traveling around the world.
