Biography

Mohamed Moustaoui obtained his Ph.D. from the Laboratoire de Meteorologie Dynamique, Ecole polytechnique (LMD/X), France in 1995. He worked at the Laboratoire de Meteorologie Dynamique, Ecole Normale Superieure (LMD/ENS). In 2000, he joined the Centre de National de Recherches Meteorologiques at Meteo-France (CNRM/Meteo-France), France. In 2001 he joined the SCRIPPS Institution of Oceanography, University of California, USA.

He joined the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Center for Environmental Fluid Dynamics, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Arizona State University in 2004. His research areas are Geophysical and Environmental Fluid Dynamics, Applied Mathematics, Scientific Computing and High Performance Computing of Atmospheric Flows.
