Biography
Erin Looper is an ecologist interested in ecological function in the built environment. Erin’s doctoral research investigates the influence of design, climate, maintenance, and environmental conditions on local soil biogeochemical processes in green stormwater infrastructure. Identifying the interactions between design considerations and ecological soil processes across landscapes can help inform green stormwater infrastructure design to promote greater pollutant removal potential.
