ASU Classroom Scheduling owns this process and only the designated contacts below can request use of ASU classrooms.

  • Note: Please do not schedule classrooms for students and student organizations – there is a separate process for them to follow. You should only be scheduling events faculty/staff in your unit are hosting.

Designated Contacts

Each academic unit can have up to 5 contacts and our non-academic unit (GFL) can have up to 3 contacts. For changes to the designated list of contacts, someone in a dean or director-level role can email rooms@asu.edu with the change.

The following WCPH classrooms can be requested through the processes outlined above. Classes are given priority, but they can be scheduled for events (if available).
