This summer, DCDC was awarded a renewal from the National Science
Foundation that effectively launches the next wave of our research, education
and community outreach. Thanks to this new $4.5 million investment, DCDC
will expand on the last decade of scholarship on water sustainability and
climate adaptation beyond Phoenix to include other cities dependent on water
from the Colorado River Basin.
DCDC III will explore transformational solutions for urban water sustainability
transitions necessary to sustain water supplies through the current drought and
beyond. This research will be conducted through four integrated project areas.
Please join us at College Avenue Commons Room 101 Auditorium on ASU’s
Tempe campus for an introductory panel discussion featuring our DCDC III
investigators as they discuss each of the four integrated project areas and
their unique role in the project moving forward.
After the panel discussion, join us for cake and refreshments upstairs at
Pitchforks and Corks on the second floor of College Avenue Commons as
we celebrate the next chapter of DCDC!
Parking is available at the Fulton parking garage.
