10th Annual "A" Mountain Restoration Project
Celebrate Earth Day 2019 by helping to restore walking and hiking trails on "A" Mountain, Tempe's only preserve. Let's walk the talk and give back to the mountain we love too well!
Where to Meet: Hayden Butte Park Preserve, just north of Tempe Mission Palms. Muffins and coffee will be served before we begin, and we'll conclude the clean-up before 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served by Devils In Disguise when volunteers return to campus.
Bring: Hat, sunblock, closed-toed shoes, reusable water bottle, gloves (if you have them), and clothes you don't mind getting dirty! City of Tempe Public Works staff will provide all the tools we need.
We encourage you to walk, bike, or light rail, but the Tempe Mission Palms has generously donated parking on their North Lot (the one closest to "A" Mountain!) Look for signs.
Devils in Disguise participants, sign up using the Volunteer Match website. All others, please register below.
Snacks and lunch will be provided.
