Moderator Gabriel Jaramillo from Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona welcomes two legislative housing champions as well as housing advocate Joan Serviss, named the 2020 Leader of the Year in Public Policy for her work with the Arizona Housing Coalition. Two affordable-housing initiatives up for consideration are restoring the State Housing Trust Fund and creating a state low-income housing tax credit.
