Agenda

The purpose of this trip, with Global Drylands Center Associates to the Jornada Experimental Station in southern New Mexico, is to highlight research and educational activities of the Global Drylands Center. Specifically, we will demonstrate rainfall manipulation experiments and discuss in the field major research findings. Regarding educational activities, we will meet with Stephanie Bestelmeyer who is the Director of the Asombro Institute for Science Education, which is a leader institution in the field of informal environmental education.
