Guest Speaker for Workshop 3
Sally Schwenn is expert in multi-family housing, specializes in the acquiring and disposing of affordable housing. Before joining Gorman & Company, she served as Managing Director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Phoenix. Before that, she was a founding partner of Crown West Commercial Real Estate, which brokered nearly 13,000 units of multi-family housing, involving complex affordable housing transactions with federal, state, and local financing.
Stephanie Brewer, with extensive experience in construction and non-profit management, works to expand the opportunities, funding, and overall growth of Newtown Community Land Trust, the first CLT in Arizona. Her innovative approach and “thinking outside the box” provide the tools and mindset to keep Newtown ahead of its goals in providing affordable housing to all levels of homeownership.
