Effect of Temperature on Photovoltaic Behavior of Halide Perovskite Solar Cell
Fei Xu
- Associate Professor, Department of Physics, Shanghai University
In this talk, Fei Xu will show the temperature-dependent initial and steady state PV characteristics of PSC and investigate the carrier transport mechanisms by using experimental methods, such as temperature-dependent external quantum efficiency, temperature-dependent photoluminescence, temperature-dependent absorbance spectroscopy, and temperature-dependent electroabsorption. These findings may help understanding of the mechanism of temperature-dependent photo-generated carrier transport in the PSC.
Fei Xu received his PhD from the State Key Laboratory of Surface Physics at the Fudan University, China in 2004. He is an associate professor in the Department of Physics at the Shanghai University, China, where his current research focuses on perovskite materials, photovoltaic and light-emitting devices and device physics.
