As food systems have become increasingly interconnected and interdependent globally, their resilience must be considered from both biophysical and social science perspectives. Our panelists discuss the sensitivity of local and global food systems to a variety of disturbances, ranging from peak phosphorus, water scarcity and drought, to renewable energy policy. The webinar will also share innovative opportunities to enhance food system resilience in the face of multiple stressors.
