Conservation Solutions Lab
Join the Center Biodiversity Outcomes and Conservation Solutions Lab exchange focusing on Indigenous Rights, Indigenous Knowledge, and Co-Management. We are prioritizing hearing from indigenous voices in this exchange, as well as conservation practitioners working collaboratively with indigenous peoples. This event will include speakers from the Lakota Sioux, a representative to the Colombian Government on indigenous rights, and the director of the Bonobo Peace Forest in the DRC.
Conservation Solutions Lab Vision: Connect the worlds of practice and research on biodiversity conservation and sustainable development through partnering and creating a network of professionals and professors around the world. Hold events and conduct research that spans the boundary of development theory and practice to learn from doing and help to establish new norms and best practices around community engagement in conservation.
