Let Communities Lead Workshop

With the backdrop of COP26 and its energy transitions agenda, the webinar will outline key strategic actions for local energy transitions for sustainable development in climate vulnerable communities through global policy, climate finance and infrastructures interventions.

The Let Communities Lead report will be launched during the webinar. This report is a compilation of sixteen case studies highlighting the critical role of community innovations and leadership in leveraging clean energy technology for local sustainable development. Contributors to the report are from diverse backgrounds like community-based organizations, development practitioners, and researchers who share the passion for sustainable development.

Report Launch -

A compilation of sixteen case studies from nine countries, illustrating the human and social processes necessary to leverage clean energy technologies for creating co-benefits in vulnerable communities.

Delving deeper into experiences and key lessons learnt, the moderated panel will feature authors and editors in conversation with webinar participants.
