Michael Russo has served as the Founding Director of the Center for Sustainable Business Practices. Mr. Russo's academic research focuses on the interaction of environmental, social, and political influences and entrepreneurship.
In this lecture, he will be discussing how the Indigenous local values and culture are underappreciated elements of sustainable entrepreneurship. This presentation will explore how differing values held dear by communities across the US are reflected in development patterns of businesses that seek not only to be profitable, but to promote high levels of social impact and environmental management.
