The rapid mass production of clothes, known as fast fashion, is considered the second largest world polluter. Behind the colorful ads and the sweet sales is a corrupt industry that utilizes toxic chemicals to create cheap fabrics. Join the Womyn's Coalition and the Undergraduate Student Government for a recycled clothing exchange! For every article of clothing you bring, or a $5+ donation, you will receive a voucher to be redeemed for a new piece. A local speaker will address how the way you shop can impact the environment.

If you can't attend the event you can also trade clothes at the Womyn's Co or Undergraduate Student Government office any day prior to the event (3rd floor of Memorial Union), find us tabling outside the Memorial Union.
