Scott Bouchie
- Director of EMSD for the City of Mesa
Scott Bouchie is the Director of the Environmental Management and Sustainability Department at the City of Mesa. He is responsible for managing the collection and disposal of the City of Mesa trash and recycling, environmental compliance and the implementation and tracking of Mesa’s sustainability initiatives. Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science in Environmental Technology Management from the Arizona State University Polytechnic campus and will give a talk on municipal sustainability.
