Utilizing the Sea of Cortez to help Arizona’s water security involves technical, economic, and environmental considerations. Dr. Paul Westerhoff, Director of the Global Center for Water Technology, will provide a brief overview of water importation options being considered across Arizona. Duke Reiter, ASU Executive Director, University City Exchange and Founder/Executive Director, Ten Across, will moderate the expert panel. Chelsea McGuire, Dr. Kerri Hickenbottom, John Take, and Glenn Williamson will discuss water importation topics presented by the moderator. Following the moderated discussion, there will be a question and answer session from the audience. Light refreshments will be provided following the panel.
