The course covers foundational skills necessary to be productive in small research teams.
The course is primarily aimed at graduate students, post docs, faculty and other researchers at Arizona State University, although the workshop is open to anyone interested in these topics.
Major topics will include: The Unix shell, programming in R, version control using GIT, and managing data with SQL.
