YouthMappers is a global movement of university students creating and using open spatial data to address development challenges and resilience, in their own communities, and together across borders. Meet some of the student leaders effecting change across the globe and follow the work of a student-led project in Sierra Leone supporting rural electrification for expanded electricity access. The signature project features technical innovations from students and faculty from ASU, which serves as the lead fiscal university for the network. Hear the voices of YouthMappers members who have not only built their mapping skills but have grown as global citizens.
