Biography
Lisa works as the administrative and communications intern for the Center for Biodiversity Outcomes, working on projects ranging from updating the founding director’s CV and online biographies to creating instructional manuals and maintaining the center’s distribution lists. She is a senior at Arizona State University pursuing her bachelor’s degree in sustainability and hopes to gain valuable experience in the field of ecology and biodiversity through her time with the center. In the future, Lisa aims to have a career helping to protect those vulnerable to human and natural disturbances via projects to restore communities affected by natural disasters.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys hiking, archery and collecting indoor plants, as well as setting up fundraisers for local organizations through her job at Starbucks, where she has worked as a supervisor since 2016.
