Biography

Uwe Bergmann is the Director Sustainability Management at Henkel. His responsibilities include the development of the sustainability strategy and the coordination of Henkel’s Sustainability Council, driving the implementation of the strategy together with Henkel’s business units and functions as well as the development of steering and communication tools. He holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London and a B.Sc. in Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia, Norwich. Prior to joining Henkel in 2000, he worked as a Researcher and Consultant at the Institute for Environmental Management at the European Business School, in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
