Richard Kidd became the DASA (E&S) in 2010, his third assignment as a senior executive in the federal government. Kidd is responsible for establishing policies, developing and refining strategies, and oversight of all programs and initiatives related to energy, security and sustainability in the Army.
In this talk, Kidd will discuss how the nation's largest consumer of energy and water is walking the talk on efficiency and energy security.
